Get ready to read this......I sent RBRM an email and was so thrilled to hear back personally from David Phillips.....Here is his e-mail.....

Thanks for the note. We are actively investigating the current stock price situation and it appears that there has been some inappropriate "short selling". Because we are an active, thriving operational company, I hope that when the original holders of the 16M shares have sold off their holdings (prematurely) then the short sellers will have to go the the open market which is now comprised of small, real investors to cover their short sales. This may have the effect of bringing up the price to more realistic levels.

We have requested an updated shareholder list from our transfer agent and position reports from DTCC and what is called a NOBO list. From these documents, we will be better able to assess the situation and make appropriate disclosures to our stockholders and be better able to continue building shareholder value.

In the meantime, we are not aware of any negative information relative to the operations or financial condition of the company that would affect the price and volitity of the company as we have observed recently.
