Drake is seeking curent information provider...Don't get it confused with OTCQX Premium Market Tier

Current Information - Indicates reporting companies that submit filings to regulators with powers of review and that make the filings publicly available or non-reporting companies that make current information publicly available on the Pink Sheets News Service. The Current Information category is based on the level of disclosure and is not a designation of quality or investment risk. This category includes shell or development stage companies with little or no operations as well as companies without audited financials and as such should be considered extremely speculative by investors.

Pink Sheets will automatically designate companies as providing Current Information that are:

Registered with the SEC pursuant to 12(g) of the Securities Act and current in all required filings; or
Banks that file with a U.S. banking regulator; or
Foreign private issuers with securities listed on a Qualified Foreign Stock Exchange; or
Regulated U.S. financial services companies that file with certain insurance or securities regulators.
Non-reporting companies are required to make current information available to the market pursuant to Pink Sheets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information (PDF).

OTCQX Premium Market Tier

Companies worthy of investor consideration that have operating businesses, audited financials and provide credible disclosure to the public can qualify for the OTCQX premium market tier. Designed to meet the particular needs of small to medium-sized U.S. public companies and foreign stock exchange-listed companies, OTCQX aims to raise the visibility among U.S. investors of OTC traded companies that have strong operating models and that provide high-quality disclosure to the marketplace. For more information on OTCQX, please see www.otcqx.com.

Disclosure Categories
All Pink Sheets traded companies that are not able or willing to meet the high standards of OTCQX will be placed in one of the following categories effective August 1, 2007. Designed to increase the amount of information available in all Pink Sheets traded companies, the disclosure categories do not signify issuer quality or merit of any security. Categorization is based on the level and timeliness of a company's disclosure and any category can include speculative, distressed, or questionable companies. Investors are encouraged to use caution when considering these companies for investment.
