CAPT BILLY, I always thought you were a straight shooter. I can not believe that you are violating a non-disclosure agreement that a consultant signed for DPBM in order to go over documents at a meeting. I warned you before as a friend not to discuss DPBM business for your own good. I am not an attorney, but I am sure that Wreck Tom may be consulting an attorney to sue DPBM over that disclosure that you just posted and I wouldn't blame him.

Appartently you are upset at Tom for revealing that the crew consumes alcohol and Marijuana while out at sea on the DPBM boats during working hours. I know that the CEO said he didn't care about what his divers smoked, but I wouldn't think any other employer would put up with it and risk having the U.S. Coast Guard seize his boats and equipment.

What that consultant stated in his report hasn't change anything. The wreck has to be dived on and video taped. That will take place in the next few weeks.

I personally think the investors are not going to be happy when Tom goes public with the video of the wreck.

ps board members. Capt Billy, posted a well known treasure hunters consultant report that he made for DPBM and that is what I am referring too.
