A curiosity Id like to share.

I was looking at L2 and asking myself why this thing was so slow today. Then I remembered an old sell order I had at $0.30 (so optimistic).
I decided to cancel it, and guess what happened...
This run started.
My cancel order took 30minutes to be accepted by broker!!!
Its usually nearly instantly with this stock, as with all of them.
I didnt believe the "short theory", but not so sure now...
