I disaggree. Markets are forward looking. INTEL, MSFT, TELMEX, INDIA's Government run telephone company and many more think the future has more value than the past.

Common Stock moves around alot. If I was to guess at price I'd say it will be higher than .021 by end of day and will soon break the high for this year.
