Also Walter has not lied about anything.We are knocking down steps as we go.We cannot file SEC with no financials.NSDM Will be making that move when we have financials soon.Walter is very respected in his field.He knows what he is doing and if you have no patience,Then get out.But I assure you one day you will be kicking yourself.
