The idea behind all of this manipulation is to try to knock this share price so low that if there are shorts ,they will not have to cover.This generally works on Companies that are strapped for cash.This company is not.However ,they can keep this price so low with little effort and money.The exchange takes the manipulation out of the picture.Once the exchange goes back on,it becomes a different ballgame.They can continue to hold the price down on the US but not PDR exchange.
