Because NOW we are supposed to be putting all this crap in the past and moving forward. They had the benefit of the doubt the last time, and now they have our money. I agree with you, one person does not make a company, but neither will running the company with a one step forward--two steps back approach. If they are truly ready to move ahead, then these are the types of issues that need to be rectified in order to clean the slate.
