I spoke with Bob Strom today for quite a while--I still continue DD after I am in something. Everything is on schedule and a go for early next year.
I spoke with JFK Terminal 4 AGAIN today. Everything is checking out as usual. I encourage anyone who wants to invest here to make those phone calls. All the information is in the IBOX for contact information to wherever you want to go. Dig, dig, dig.
For such an opportunity to get in here before this flies--it is worth every minute of DD you can do. I've tucked mine away and have it locked up till next year. I will be taking one more very large bite out of this to add to what I have already. There just are not many of these opportunities out there.
