people want to know the current stucture because they are buying shares now... and when 141 restructures, they will likely split the current shares in the process

i think we originally thought the current xxis o/s was 270K, but wildman says its 7 million or so

that's a big difference

if it were 300K, they'd have to split 1:1000 to hit 300 million shares

if it were 7 mil, that changes to about 1:44 or so

so if i buy 100 shares, i want to know how many 141 shares i'll end up with, so that split factor is important

risky business imo, but if it works, all the best to those who pull it off:D
