i was digging around on pinksheets and in their last 10-K FFBU said they had a pending merger agreement w/ belmont partners. since that's meuse's company, it looks like this might be setting up for a R/M if they can find a suitable partner. there are 24M O/S. since the price is down to around .0055, looks like a nice grab at this level.
anyone have any add'l info or opinions? thnx.
