There have been 131.5mil shares traded in cggp since Aug 8.....Just over 48mil were traded in the first week after Aug 8 @ in an estimated price of .0055 per sh. I believe that is when a majority of the dilution occurred. From aug 16 until Oct 2 there were another 35.8 mil shares traded. On that date the updated sh o/s were 171mil. Of the total shares traded in this period, 83.8mil, the o/s sh increased 38.7 mil or 46% of the total shares traded. Since oct 2, 47.6 mil shares have been traded. How much has the o/s increased? I have no idea, but I believe it to be very small, maybe 15 to 18 mil. Also remember, there is no guarantee that any of these shares have actually gone into the float. Also, Chris must maintain control over the majority of shares o/s to control this shell so if there are 185 mil share o/s, I believe he or their group owns over 100 mil, most likely there are another 25 to 30 mil held by restricted owners, which would leave a float of about 50 to 60 mil. I believe that a hand full of I hubbers here own 1/2 of the float.
