Clearly the $92.00 cost of a barrel of oil has no association with DVFI yet.... The market probably doesn't know what to make of the news yet because you must admit it is slightly confusing how it all plays out. I know I am no idea what the new PR means to DVFI except for the fact that something is actually going on...
