WHP, I feel a completed FPGA will enable NVEI to get the additional funding needed to see the ASIC through. And funding at more favorable terms than the last.
So the completed FPGA could give the share price a nice boost if and when investors would see the additional funding that would help NVEI get through the ASIC.
