You make it sound like doubters are wimps... here is the bottom line: The stock is around .11, and news of this "buyout" has been around a long time.
That means you and others are in the small minority. IF this deal had any real verification or true information available, don't you think it would rocket up to the .30's at least?
This info is NOT out there, so the stock stays down. Why would the acquiring company be so shy? If they have a contractual deal to purchase and both parties have signed, why not announce? They sure as hell don't need to wait for the proxy vote to let us know, right?? And THAT is a few weeks away, supposedly!
And the latest PR is pure fluff... says nothing. And Dino sounds like a good egg... I would be in a good mood too if I turned my .02 shares into .15 shares... and soon, there will be a problem with the contracts, and POOF! The house of cards collapses.
