.12/.125 is a long way from 49. I think speculators feel they have plenty of time to get in this thing and make money. If it started to run into the 20's then you would see the volume spike and a real run to the 40's. Otherwise they will wait for final confirmation. Thats up to them. I look at this as accumulating opportunities.
