So far it sounds pretty Kosha to me and i'am hard to please. I think this deal is going to go thru. Why its selling at 11 cents who knows,its the MMs who control the stock maybe they need to cover some short positions. Looks like a done deal within 4 weeks. The Proxy sometime next week will be a telling factor.
