SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/30/07 -- Viper Networks, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: VPER), a leading innovator and provider of Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and services, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish a partnership with Navao Nigeria Limited to distribute a full line of VoIP products and services to both residential and commercial customers in Nigeria. The LOI agreement was signed Oct 29Th by both companies, with the mutual goal being to strengthen each company's position in the rapidly growing VoIP market in Nigeria. Navao Nigeria Limited is a licensed Telecommunications service provider, which is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
CEO of Viper Networks, Mr. Farid Shouekani, commented, "This relationship with Navao Nigeria Limited will be very beneficial to Viper; especially to our efforts of establishing a presence in the African market, as Navao has access to powerful distribution and marketing channels throughout Africa.
