Mixed feelings on this...

Dino sure is putting his onions on the block with all of this commentary... they will burn him at the stake if this is a scam.

I would have thought the buy/sell agreement would have been what the boards voted on... did they agree only in principle?

However, maybe this is the final version of the formal agreement/contract that is the result of negotiations...

Guess that is why they call it gambling. The stock should be moving more than it is... but, what the hay, worth a flyer. Don't bet the ranch, bet part of the back 40.
