Here is what you lose by not sending in your stock certificates.If some of you recall what transpired last time was this.The company wanted us to send in certificates and exchange them to PDRS.They offered an exceptional deal for us so that Hotstocks,myself ,Stocksniper and others were able to sell PDRS for 10-15 times more than we paid for them.Obviously this was a promo and did not last that long.Once again the exchange will open soon and I would assume a similar situation might happen.If you dont make it at the beginning than the 02/04 one year two year guarantee will start to work for you.Hoping for a pie in the sky naked short US market is a very long shot IMO
