You are the first person to offer intelligent commentary on the design of the aircraft. Your observations if accurate would indeed present some major if not fatal problems for the manufacturer. Are your observations based on some formal training in aviation design and engineering?

Also, what sources of information could one look to in order to verify the claims you are making? Most of us here including myself are not educated in the area of aviation design or even basic flight principles enough to make such a judgement.
