Regarding, Dr Wittenberg, there is one thing that really annoys me, and that is the fact that he is paid an equal amount of shares as Dr. Moro (see the various 10k's. In 2006 they both received 230000 shares in compensation).

That to me is unacceptable given the amount of work that Moro puts into this company. Moro is the lead scientist and at the same time CEO of the company and his workload and efforts probably surmounts those of Wittenberg by a factor of 20 to 1 and that should also be reflected in the amount of share compensation given.

We could forward a motion as shareholders to the board that share compensation should be changed to reflect the amount of contributions made to the company.

Would that be something for you Gold to initiate?
