Looks like Pappy & Gouveia are reading my posts and TRIED to do some damage control. They exchanged their original bogus company info on pinksheet quotes for NEW BOGUS COMPANY INFO. LMFAO!
They got themselves into a bit of a fickle. Cinemax is a CANADIAN CORP INCORPORATED IN 2004, not a WA US corp incorporated in "1951". Cinemax WA/TMM incorporated in 1951. Cinemax Canada & TMM/Cinemax WA never merged (per the Washington Secrety of State). Instead Fan simply sold Cinemax Canada the QBID public vehicle. So, the company trading CPPC shares is Cinemax Canada. Cinemax WA/TMM went private. YET, in the company info CPPC provided pinksheets, they disclose Pappy is CEO. Per WA SoS filings for Cinemax WA/TMM, Fan is CEO, not Pappy. Pappy is not an officer OR director of the PRIVATE WA Cinemax/TMM corp. Pappy is CEO of Cinemax Canada! OOOOPSS!!!! LMFAO!
So, Cinemax Canada, using their drop mail box in California as their US presence, is now fraudently reporting to pinksheet quotes that CPPC is the private WASHINGTON CORP with a US jurisdiction! LMFAO! Why even CHANGE the pinksheets company info if your NEW COMPANY INFO is just as bogus??? AND... Cinemax is STILL using ITHC's CIK# from 1997! And who is your US co-transfer agent if Cinemax is a WA US corp, Pappy?
Come on Pappy & Gouveia! Tell pinksheets you're a CANADIAN CORP THAT NEVER MERGED WITH THE WA CORP, WHICH IS NOW PRIVATE, btw. A PRIVATE company QUOTED BY PINKSHEETS? LMFAO! How long do you think you can get away with pawning your Canadian corp off as a US corp? Without a 15c211? And using ITHC's CIK # from 1997!! At least you got rid of Hinnant & the QTN website. That's a start. ;0)
