i think it is gs agrifules.that is complicated though,gsct has the extraction technology that is somthing like 10% more efficent than normal which is being implemented in volney ny via the agreement with northeast biofuels.there will be a 10 mil gal facility next to norheast's 114mil gal facility that gs agrifuels will be the actual refiner there.gsct will be given the right to purchase discount corn oil from northeast as payment for the technology given to them.i also belive this is the first refinery that this type of system is going into commercial production.this is what i gather i could be a little off.i think both facility's are gonna be online early 08 good timing for seaway you know it...
