This is what I have been saying all along. He released false information for the benefit of PPS. I know I loaded up when this was released. Was I mislead? Sure I was. Did he break federal and state laws by doing this? Probably. Only a judge can rule on this. I know some people on this board like to take the moral high ground. I am fine with that. But do we excuse potential illegal behavior in favor of profit? Are you willing to allow him to continue hurting others, to protect your investment? If you answer yes, you need to take a long look inside yourself. The false PR's are enough to initiate some form of litigation. I know it will not return your investment, but it will allow the judicial system to do what it was intended to do.
