looks like after the r\m & f\s, there will be 26,000,000 o\s of which 910,000 will be the theoretical float...however, IMHO, about 592,000 of that will not be traded so that the real float will be approx 318,000...kinda thin IMHO...here is where I get the 318,000 figure...this is in the last K:
