talked to WTAF President http://www.wataireindustries.com/ today, He knows of the Air2Water tech and patents and has spoken to the Pres. of Air2Water for quite some time (sounded like more then once) they have come to an agreement of some sort to "leave eachother alone" seems the pending of WTAF is not worth challenging as it may bring problems of proof of infringment. WTAF feels they are in a very safe place with there patent legally cuz they know what they have and they know what A2W has. They also paid for there legal dep. to seal the number of the patent from public release till lifted,,, SO all I have is a registration number and the date of such registation August 7, 2005,,, From what I can see there are many new things that are happening from a "clean water" definition, and there seems to be patents all the way back to the 1950s He also was very adament about there R&D department and, how they are working on alot of new applications for this particular tech and has patents on, or pending on, all of it,,, So there you have it, remember it was the Pres. of WTAF not WTAR,,, It was the thch end of the product that I spoke with not the marketing,,, I am of the opinion he knew what he was talking about, But all is in my humble opinion and speculation,,, Val
