Here is the story.

From my friend...

1) They are going to acquire OTI out of Gillette Wyoming.

2) They just signed a contract with Boeing. Count the employees.

3) There are a further 3 possible JV opertunities with Boeing related companies

4) Dex is going to use (1) Houston firm to do the listing and SEC stuff.

5) OTCB

TIME LINE (I do not care if you like it or not)

The filing is timed for the next few weeks. The migration to the OTCB will happen in the 1Q of 2008.

Dex is moving more to the database side of things and focusing on the larger contracts.

Info does not get any better than this...
