According to Mr. Rees from his last PR:

- Ongoing M&A activity begun early in 2nd Q appears headed for final completion.

- SEC audits have been completed

- Lender and equity partners are completing their final due diligence.

I think its just a matter of time now. Its worth waiting than fight over. I am still in with my 8MM+ position. And may add more to my position.
