My take is they have seen the pps drop to these levels and felt the need to act. I think they thought they would get a nice pop off of that deal but as we have seen from the market, they aren't buying. The deal may turn out to be good but it sure isn't a short term boost. DVFI is a Grey sheet stock, terrible sentiment from the shareholders prior to this PR in both companies, and it was for future shares and cash. People need to eat now and future payments mean nothing.

Rees and Yotty need to feed some meat to their shareholders if they expect a rise in the pps. JMO
