just got the following email from FFGO..
Dear Sir/Madam,



FORTRESS FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. (TRADING SYMBOL : FFGO.PK)



We, the Company, are now as anxious to resolve these outstanding Stock Dividend issues, as yourselves; particularly after reviewing so many requests for this information.



Stockholders are no doubt aware, that we are in final negotiations to dispose of our Gold Mining Exploration assets, to “unlock” value for stockholders and to provide additional capital to expedite the growth of our Prepaid Credit / Debit Card and Payment processing businesses. With the Gold price continuing to record new highs, the value of the Company’s portfolio of Gold Mining Exploration assets, is of primary importance to your Company’s Management, at this time.



Needless to say, upon the completion of the announced transactions in respect of the portfolio of the Gold Mining Exploration Assets, these unresolved allocation of stocks from these “Stock Dividends”, will create an ongoing problem for various Transfer Agents and for your Brokers, going forward, should these issues not be resolved immediately.



After reviewing in excess of 2,000 requests for information on the five Gold Mining Exploration “Spin Off” stock, we are no in doubt that at least 90% of our stockholders are holding their shares of Common Stock in Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (formerly Great West Gold, Inc.) with their Brokers in “Street Names”, we are therefore unable to identify these stockholders on our stockholder registers.



We do not doubt that you are eligible for these Stock Dividends but your stocks are obviously held in your “Broker Nominee Accounts” or in their “Street Names”, your Broker will have to liaise with us to resolve this, failing which we are powerless to transfer your stocks to your accounts..



We would ask you to get your Broker to contact us by E Mail in order for them to verify ALL of their client stockholdings in the Company on each of the five “Record Dates”.



Should you not receive any co-operation from your Broker, please advise us accordingly with the contact person and their E Mail address and we will ENSURE that we get the required information to expedite the transfer of these five stockholdings from their nominee accounts to your account (and other eligible client accounts at your Broker).



No Brokerage House will discuss client accounts with ourselves as a matter of client confidentiality. It will require “pressure” to be applied by yourselves, as the client.



We are in no position to assist any further until such time as the various Brokerage Houses contact us in order to verify client holdings; and their eligibility for these stock dividends on the various “Record Dates”.



We are going to have to effect physical transfers of these various stockholdings from the Broker Nominee Account to each of their client accounts, this will have to be effected at the same time, for each of their (Broker’s) eligible clients. This can only take place if we are in a position to commence a “dialogue” with the correct department of your Brokerage Company.



Please understand that we understand your frustration, we are doing everything humanly possible to expedite the resolution of these “long outstanding” problems.
