Registered Agent Solution..has NO way of knowing if the information , PRSU is giving them is correct..they have no business with PRSU , other than being a letter box or call it an outsourced secretary !! They have no legal dealing with PRSU..
They are not a transfer Agent...nor a legal office !!!
The ONLY one that could tell you the authorized sharecount is the transfer agent..AND as we all know ...the T/A is gagged!!
