TeliPhone Corp. Files Final Amendments to SB-2 Registration Statement


Montreal, Canada, October 26, 2007. TeliPhone Corp. (CIK: 0001101783) has today filed final amendments to its SB-2 prospectus and has received the go-ahead from the SEC to file for accelerated effectiveness. This completes the SEC legal and financial review of the Company and clears the way to permitting the registration of an additional 20,000,000 shares of free trading stock that the company will utilize to finance its growth. Post filing of the final IPO prospectus and forms required to register the new stock, the Company will request a ticker symbol from the NASD to begin publicly trading its stock on the NASD OTCBB exchange.
