The problem as I see it: nothing...not one PR, one certificate, one spread sheet, one ruble, one barrel of oil pumped...has been positively confirmed. I know many here have spent many long hours doing DD, but I am still not convinced that NORD/NWOG/NWOL has ever produced anything. I think a new Russian oil venture is a great idea, but I am less and less convinced that the numbers being stated are actuals. I think these are certainly hopes and dreams, but until some real actuals come in that are verifiable, we are going to be sitting in the tank. Again, this is my opinion, and I hope I am dead wrong on this. Please, for the love of Pete, prove me wrong!
