A few short answers to your question !! The PR'd A/S is irrelevant !! 2 reasons for that*
1. "has increased the A/S" means in the past , no specific date mentioned !! BY NOW, they could have increased it to 1 Billion??
They would still be "correct" lol
2. The transfer agent is gagged, meaning that they will not give out any public information about the momentary structure of the sharecount.!!!!!!
The Regdex filing was done to sell shares worth up to 1 million $ worth of stocks , hence a A/S of 180 million is only a small step
to hide a continuous dilution.
