- There was an 8K released on Friday stating an acquisition. The company they acquired is making about 25 million in revenue. Previous revenue was ~800K. - The stock has been under tremendous accumulation. Hearing that we could see a PR this coming week. The stock is apparently very undervalued given their recent earnings (2 cents per share).

- Recent R/M with a Water Company that claims 400 million $ in revenue. I am expecting more PRs from this company. It could move much higher on the next PRs!

DMTN
- Buyout offer of 49 cents was received a few weeks ago. The stock is under accumulation. Shareholder meeting is to be schedules for next week. Keep an eye on it. It could explode!
