This is NOT plkc just buying Pluginz and DnC (which would mean both would want the most money possible). This is a reverse merger. Pluginz and DnC "get" plkc. Pluginz wanted a vehicle to be a public company and plkc is it. Pluginz already had a relationship with DnC and part of the Pluginz rm deal was for DnC to be acquired immediately.

You are just looking at it backwards.

and Yes, there is restricted stock added to the O/s through all this, but ... before this... there were more than a billion shares o/s for a shell with NO business.
