zag, I have repeatedly told you that discussion of deleted posts in not allowed by I-hub rules, not mine. Last warning.

I should delete your post but I am letting it stand. (I will no longer, by I-HUB RULES in the future. Got it?)

Should the board, for the hundreth time wish to discuss the preferred share structure, please go ahead. IMO, that discussion is beating a dead horse. But knock yourself out.

No, I'm not going to post about the preferred shares in the info box. It is here on the posting history over and over for all to see. What is not here is the scores of millions of shares that Tom has given away - unknown to the many on this board. So, while the "structure" is in place, his current percentage (approxmiately 20%-25%) is not at the moment as he continues to try to make EDEX move forward. In fairness, this info would also have to be constantly reported and I'm not going to bother Tom daily regarding it as he has better things to do with his time (IMO). Please read this paragraph several times so you understand.

As far as ignoring it, be serious. You have obviously forgotton the scores and scores of posts regarding the issue. I, myself, have even mentioned in 2x in the recent past. So drop your preconceived notion of it being ignored. To most on the board it is understood, known and digested and factored into our investment. We don't post about it since we are settled towards the issue.

Bottom line: WE ALL KNOW THE ISSUE. If you don't like it, SELL and move on since you are convinced EDEX will never fly with it in place. Its that simple. The horse won't whinny if you flog it again. But I'm not going to be able to prove that to you.
