Well...well...It certainly seems like the flock is more educated by the day.

As I sit here on my sofa typing this on my new iPod, purchased BTW with some
of the proceeds from flipping UPZS over the last year, I can't help but wonder
if our happy Band of Brothers could manage the public relations side of this
any worse if they were actually trying to screw it up.

I tend to not grant credibility to a company when I hear more than
one rumor that leads me to believe the company doesn't know
when to publicly notify shareholders of material changes as defined
by the SEC. Couple that with the CEO flubbing the share structure
on a CC by almost 66%. The slowness in getting replies from company
contacts, slow updating DEL and pinksheets of sharestructure changes,
and the failure to even understand the magnitude of screw-up with
the financials and the resulting PS rating of CE.

That said I remain open minded. I am just not seeing a cohesive plan being implemented yet.
