I'm bugging you alot this weekend - hehe.
I'm wondering if you feel like putting on your tinfoil hat.

Sept 27th they issued an S8 stating they will be diluting (7 million shares).
The CEO has recently purchased 6 million shares on the open market between 0.0105 and 0.02.
They issued a PR Thursday, October 25th.
Question: does this look like the start of a pump and dump run?
