Ok then, here's a question. Why don't you ask the company to ungag the TA so that anyone can inquire about the share structure?
If the company will not do this, inquire why not?
To-date, the company has been rather close-lipped concerning the number of outstanding shares...I wonder why?
In the absence of an ungagged TA that would allow shareholders to gather FACTS, I would think it's obvious that the company doesn't want shareholders to know the truth about the level of dilution.
Indeed, it's funny to hear that someone posted Bob thinks having FACTUAL information on the share structure would be too much trouble and much too confusing for the shareholders...
