USGA continues to maintain their telephone and mail service in Carson City, NV, and this expense is being met and paid by someone in the USGA organization. This means USGA is still operational even if they are broke. The Corporation owes anywhere from $200,000 to $350,000 for past business deals which will eventually be settled. For a small group of shareholders to contact potential customers such as Kidde and Vitusa in order to get USGA to issue a PR is irresponsible and can cause these customers to write off any contact they have with USGA. This type of pressure can cause USGA to go into receivership. How can anyone call this a sound business practice for these screwballs to enter into ? QQ is a nut and oughtto be put on ignore.
