The share's (31 million) being issued for there work being perfomed was a set amount and if they dont use all the shares in a year they will be returned.

Thats my understanding..

So there conversion is .0077..

Anything sold over that price means that less shares in the market...


The others on the s-8 did there job now there done with the process get paid and move on to the next job. With a small team working with aero..
