Thought it was time to join the happy band of streamers on this site!I also dipped into the MSRM gravy train 2yrs ago..when my investment knowledge/experience was at a bare minimum!!Since then I have had a lot of 'fun'with my following/monioring the MSRM/GBRC trail. This has included many communications of all kinds with both companies, numerous contacts and returns from the SEC, fending off at least three fraudulent offers for my shares, and searching all sites to keep info up to date.
After getting up to speed with this site yesterday the only new info for me was the lawyers report which was both revealing and interesting.
For me the situation with MSRM/GBRC can be summarised as follows;-
1. Lack of accurate and reliable shareholder info has been a main problem throughout the time from acquisition. This has caused many problems for the companies and not least the shareholders. I guess to have been more upfront as would have been expected with a reputable company would have been difficult (can of worms?)
2.If transfer of shares from MSRM to GBRC does actually take place then, assuming the technology is genuine, and here much rests on the success of the supposed trial microwave unit(results by Dec/Jan we are told)we may see share prices escalating rapidly. Since GBRC has no current sources of revenue and it is probably difficult to raise new capital investment, this microwave starter unit has to perform. Should this occur, then my feeling is that shareholders should hold and ride. Were all the the technolgical information that has been released accurate and true, then the sky is the limit with the potential.
The shareholder position, therefore, needs to be yet more waiting and lots of patience....with no concrete evidence that anything is as we have been informed, even by SEC filings. My experience of Jeff has been 'well intentioned' but seldom responding according to statements made.
Finally, and the other reason for the posting...has anyone any answers to the following?:-
1. What relationship do Biotech Medics and Primedge have to MSRM..they can be found in Bloomberg, ticker MSRM. See under 'News'.
2. MSRM appear to be trading on a daily basis yet one posting here indicates otherwise.
3. If MSRM is trading then, depending on the difference in share price between MSRM and GBRC, buying MSRM could generate a profit should a transfer ever take place...or am I missing something.
Best wishes from a 'red & white'
