How do they structure this security to allow for an 81% loss of principle?
Nowhere have homes, condos, apartments, commercial property or land come down dramatically from the original purchase price even in isolated instances let alone in a balanced protfolio of 20 equally weighted securities. I'm not considering 15-20% price cuts all that dramatic in light of recent 15-20% annual increases.
