I have a young friend who just bought over 200,000 shares today. Granted, that was just about $1000, but he was excited to be getting that many shares.

Imvho, that is plenty for the average investor. I hate to see when a newbie comes in and puts tens of thousands of dollars into a high risk situation such as this. 200k shares is more than enough to make our year if she goes big. See, at this point, we are really trying to "buck the tiger". The chart tells the story that something is wrong with this stock. We do not know if it's shorting, dilution, or both. We are betting the trend is going to change.... and that's a tricky thing to do - and also the reason I usually "phase in". I always try to keep in mind that a scam can run, and a great company can collapse. This helps keeps me in balance.
