Doesn't look like Nocona or Prescott supports NX (no execute, for worm and virus protection) to me:

In the areas of secure computing Intel plans to combine HT Technology, a new technology called "No Execute" (NX) memory protection and the codenamed LaGrande technology (LT) to enable improved security. The NX feature, which is already available in Intel® Itanium® 2 processors for servers, will be available in processors for clients in the second half of 2004.

Nocona is not a "processor for clients" and it comes out 2Q 04, not 2H. So, presumably this press release is talking about another spin of the Prescott die in the 2nd half.

NX has been part of all 64 bit AMD processors since April, and it will work under Windows XP 64 SP2 to be released in the second quarter. It is fully defined in the Bible of x86-64 ISA, the 5-volume AMD64 Architecture Tech Docs at http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/TechnicalResources/0,,30_182_739_7044,00.html
