crook....someone said they can convert, but they dont have to sell...i find that hard to believe...there is no SET number of shares they can convert or cant convert, there is a number of MONEY they can convert shares for. am i correct or not? let me know


this is getting kinda crazy, i cant find a logical reason for the jump from 185mil to 657 mil?! there is no possible way Cornell needs 472mil to get 1mil$$$$?!?!?!?!
