Message to the GBDX shareolders.

Everything should be ok with the tender offer.

But nobody (I insist on the word "nobody") really know why we have all this delay.

It can be several things, but If the company was bad or suspect, I suppose she will have been "halted" already.

A lot of questions still have no answers :

-What is the O/S ?

-Why the 1.8B A/S ?

-Why the delay ?

-Why no "buyback program" as started (as promise in the last PR) ?

-Who is Sib Almaz ?

-When we will go private ?

I must admit we're in the dark here but I keep my shares and hope for the best.....

I still hope to hold a 40 bagger.
