I'm with you. I think they are out now, or real close, but have a backdoor relationship with Highgate. Which I think still holds some preferred.

The last I saw reference to either in a filing doc, was pre 8k maybe the 10k, maybe the shell 10Q. May be wrong, probably am, not that deep with my DD reading. But remember reading about a huge possible dilution problem in the 10Q, but only a small 30% dilution problem in the 10k.

Have not matched numbers in the possible conversion filing to O/S increase. But those concerned could try.
